Terri Gower
Expertise in human resources, accounting, banking, payroll, accounts payable and billing. Terri leads client’s day to day accounting, cash management, and best practices of internal accounting processes. She manages the implementation of new clients into the QPC methodology.
Scott Gower
Former Controller of TCH Restaurant Group, the second largest Five Guys Burgers and Fries Franchisee in the United States. Experienced finance executive with expertise in operational accounting and software implementation.
Bryan McGuire
Former CFO and finance executive of Checkers, Hops Brewery, and Ker’s Wing house. Expertise in Restaurant Operating metrics, business planning, and operational management of restaurants.
Chris Lewis
Former CFO of Jabil Circuit, Inc (“JBL”), a $18 billion Company. Part owner and Vice President of Corporate Development of TCH Restaurant Group (Five Guys Franchisee). Expertise in capital raising, capital structuring, and divestitures.

Former CFO of Tervis Tumbler Company, CFO/Part Owner of TCH Restaurant Group (Five Guys Franchisee) which owned and operated 35 stores located in three states and VP-Financial Planning and Analysis of Jabil Circuit. Expertise in accounting for start-ups through to large companies.

Quantum Peak Consulting
Quantum Peak Consulting (“QPC”) was formed in 2006 by two former restaurant finance executives in St Petersburg, Florida- Bryan McGuire and Scott Gower. After establishing high-level accounting processes and procedures, and building accounting teams for several high-growth restaurant companies Bryan and Scott marketed their services across the country in an effort to help share their experience with other restaurant chains and independent owners. These efforts landed their very first anchor client – Weber Grill Restaurants in Chicago.
After experiencing success in the restaurant industry, Scott and Bryan expanded into other business segments as well, utilizing their vast experience in cost-reduction and efficiency models to help several other industries avoid the headaches and pitfalls that every business faces which has led them to where they are today.
With a very strong belief in giving back to the community, QPC donates a large portion of their income to various local charities.
